New Tool Now Available on RCO3® - Makes MLS-Compliant IDX Searches Available to Individual Agents (09/10/13)
 

One of the new functions NOW AVAILABLE on RCO3® gives MLS Subscribers the ability to generate Internet Data Exchange (IDX) compliant on-market property search links for their websites.

There is NO charge for this service and you are NOT required to fill out any paperwork to generate an IDX link. The links that you can generate from RCO3® include any or all of these: 1) all IDX listings, 2) my office listings, 3) agent (my) listings, and 4) open house search.

IDX continues to be a service that Realcomp provides to Designated REALTORS® (DRs)/Broker Owners. These principals have the ultimate authority to permit and oversee or deny IDX-related search functionality being used by their agents through their own company policies. Please check with your DR/Broker Owner on whether you have his/her permission to use this new tool on your website.
