CoreLogic Data Co-op Enhanced in December ('13)

CoreLogic announced the following enhancements and improvements were made to the Data Co-Op last month, many of which were implemented based on user feedback. Maybe one or more of these items originated with you?

  • The Compare Report function on the List tab was modified to enable you to include a subject property (or not). The default option is with no subject property. If a subject property is selected, additional options will be made available on the Property Comparisons report.
    • Remove Subject Property enables you to remove the property indicated as your subject property.
    • Refresh Comparables from List will update any changes from the List view to the report.
    • Save Comparables will allow you to save the new comparison properties as the nearby Comparables (displayed in the gadget view) for the subject property. This is especially useful if you want to perform additional searches and add more properties to the list.
  • You may now print a report with multiple listings by selecting the listings in the List tab and clicking the Print button. You will now have the option to choose from the Summary View, Comparison List or Listing Details.
  • Property Summary displays a five (5) line report per listing with basic details.
  • Property Comparison prints a side-by-side comparison of the selected properties.
  • Listing Details generates the full listing report.
  • You can now pull up tax records on buildings with multiple units by selecting from the list of properties.
    • To see the list, enter an address or right click on a parcel to display the red parcel pin.
    • Next, hover over the red pin and click on it to display the list of addresses. Click on the address you want to view.
    • You can now modify the Compare list by adding or removing listings from the List tab and clicking the Compare button to refresh the list.
  • Outgoing email messages will now display the sender’s name instead of a generic CoreLogic email address.
  • Double-clicking on a tax pin now behaves the same way as double-clicking on a listing pin, it will automatically take you to the gadget view of the property.
  • An issue was also resolved with Firefox that caused distressed status pins in the Nearby Distressed gadget to not display.
