Comparative Market Analyses

• A photo link “P” or “A”, virtual tour link “T”, and  map link “M” will now appear on the Comparables page of the CMA Manager.
• The Value Adjustments page will now have values instead of letter codes for Feature Value Adjustments.
• CMAs that are emailed will include the subject property in the email.
• The photo and data for an existing listing will load when choosing the “Use This Listing” or “Make Subject” options when beginning a CMA.

Public Records

• A new PRD Recordings Search has been added and is located in the Public Records drop-down menu. A Pick-List of recorded documents is available for searching properties that have Last Recordings and Other Recordings as part of the county data.

Reports

• PRD Reports have been added to the “Print Selected Report” selection screen as an additional option which will follow the MLS Detail Reports.
• Wide Format CMA Reports that are emailed will now include a photo link.
• “List Volume” and “Sales Volume” totals will now appear on the Price Statistics Legend.

Photos

• The number of additional photos allowed per listing will increase to 24 (for a total of 25 photos per listing).
• Multi Photo Report will be modified to accommodate 25 photos.
• A new Multi Photo w/Map Detail Buyer Report (2-pages) will be available.
• Detail Reports will display photos listed in the order in which they were uploaded. When a photo is deleted and a new one is uploaded, it will display as the last photo.
